采用TG-FTIR-GC/MS联用技术研究了木屑燃烧的热失重规律和燃烧气体产物的释放特性。结果表明,木屑燃烧热失重区间主要集中在240~395℃,在340℃出现最大失重峰。此温度区间释放出的气体产物主要是CO_2、H_2O、CO、CH_4、含羰基化合物、醚类化合物和芳香族化合物。对热重分析仪在340℃和456℃温度点下木屑燃烧产物进行取样分析得到的GC/MS结果表明,低温段木屑燃烧产物主要是CO_2、呋喃类、酸类、酯类和芳香族化合物,高温段CO_2和芳香族化合物的相对含量越高。
The techniques of thermogravimetry -Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry ( TG- FTIR-GC/MS) have been used to determine the regular of mass loss and main gaseous compounds releasing from sawdust combustion. The results of TG-FTIR showed that the major reaction stage of sawdust combustion was within 240-395℃ with the maximum weight loss rate peak at 340益.The gaseous products released in the temperature range were mainly CO2, H2O, CO, CH4, carbonyl compounds, ethers and aromatic compounds. Sampling and GC/MS analysing the products of sawdust combustion at the temperatures of 340℃ and 456℃ from TG, the results showed that the products of sawdust combustion at lower temperature were mainly CO2, furans, acids, esters and aromatic- compounds. At higher temperature, CO2 and aromatic compounds accounted for a greater proportion.
