弹复性工程已经成为安全工程领域的一个热点方向。传统安全工程方法,包括基于组件的安全工程方法和系统安全方法,专注于保持系统处于安全状态,包括可靠性和鲁棒性。然而,近来的很多社会灾害表明在考虑系统的安全问题时,弹复性不能被忽略。概述了弹复性概念在不同的学科的起源和发展,以及相应背景下的定义。进一步通过总结安全工程的演化讨论了弹复性工程的定义,以及用于评估和提升系统禅寅性的方法。最后进行总结并讨论了当前文献中的不足。
Resilience engineering has been a hot topic in safety engineering. Traditional safety engineering methods, including component-based safety engineering approaches and system safety engineering approaches, focus on maintaining systems in a safe state, in particular aiming to maintain systems to be reliable and robust. However, resilience cannot be absent from safety out of many recent disasters that occur in society. This paper summarizes the origin and development of resilience concept in different disciplines and corresponding definitions in these different contexts. The definition of resilience engineering is further discussed by presenting the evolution of safety engineering, followed by a brief review of methods used to measure and enhance the resilience of a system. Conclusions as well as the limitations of current literature are also discussed in the last section.
