旨在通过建立国际技术扩散的复杂系统演化模型和仿真实验分析技术扩散的演化机制和吸收能力对于技术扩散的影响作用.基于技术扩散的微观机制,初步建立基于元胞自动机的国际技术扩散的演化模型.通过对不同初始状态、演化规则的仿真分析,认为企业的吸收能力对于整个经济系统长期的技术扩散和创新起到关键的作用:若没有企业的内部研发,长期的技术扩散不会发生,技术创新率的均衡值趋于零;并且企业吸收能力的提高对于经济系统整体的技术创新具有非线性效应.
This paper aims at analyzing evolutionary mechanism of technology spillover'and the effect of absorptive capability on spillover by building the complex system model of international technology spillover and simulating experiment. Based on the micro mechanism of technology spillovers, a cellular automata model is formulated to study the evolving of international technology spillovers. For the different initial states and evolving rules, the simulation results show that the absorptive capability of firms may play a key role in the technology spillovers and overall innovativeness of the whole economy system in the long run. Without the in-house R&D of firms, innovativeness spillovers in the long-term would not take place and the rate of innovativeness would be reduced to zero. Furthermore the simulations present that increasing the level of in-house research has a nonlinear effect on the average innovativeness of the economy.
