阐述了39-45t锭重兼容式锭型的设计思想,利用AnyCasting软件对其凝固过程及凝固质量进行了数值模拟研究。主要分析了搭配锭模垫圈致使锭型参数变化对钢锭凝固过程中温度场分布和凝固缺陷的影响。结果表明,39-45t锭重兼容式锭型允许的锭型参数变化不会明显改变钢锭凝固质量,其冒容比(14.52%)维持不变、细长比由1.437增至1.737、锥度由4.89%降低至4.01%,不会改变钢锭的凝固顺序。锭重的变化对钢锭中的C元素偏析分布的作用不明显;同时,随着锭重的增加,一次缩孔深度缩短,而缩松缺陷仍存在且位置下移。
The design thought of the weight compatible type ingot was illustrated,and AnyCasting software was adopted to predict the solidification quality of 39-45tweight ingots and to understand the relationship between dimension parameters of the weight compatible type ingot and the temperature as well as solidification defects of ingot.The results reveal that different dimension parameters,such as slender ratio increased from 1.437 to 1.737,taper decreased from 4.89% to 4.01% at the volume-riser of 14.52%,of ingot mold on effects of the solidification sequence of ingot can be ignored.And C element segregation distribution is slightly related with the increase of the weight of ingot.The depth of the first shrinkage is decreased,and position of the shrinkage porosity at the vertical line of the ingot shifts down with the increase of the weight of ingot.
