圩区城市化会造成土地利用性质改变、地表径流系数增大、水面率减少,使洪峰模数增加,从而对排涝标准提出了更高的要求。以南京市浦口区为例,详述了设计排涝模数计算的平均排除方法,利用多元回归分析法得出了设计排涝模数与水面率和综合径流系数三者之间的多元回归方程。经显著性检验,证明回归方程有效,从而为城市化圩区水利工程规模的合理确定提供了参考。
The urbanization of polder area can result in change of land utilization property, increase in surface runoff coefficient, decrease in water surface ratio and increase in modulus of flood peak, and puts forward higher requirement for the surface drainage standard. Taking Pukou district in Nanjing for example, the average exclusive method used in calculating the design waterlogging drainage modulus was expounded. The multiple regression equation among the design waterlogging drainage modulus, the water surface ratio and the comprehensive runoff coefficient was obtained using multiple regression analysis. The multiple regression equation is proved to be effective by significance inspection. It may provide reference for reasonable determination of the scale of hydraulic engineering in urbanized polder area.
