近年来,社会创业因其兼具社会性和创业性成为学术研究的热点,新兴社会企业在解决社会问题方面日益发挥着重要作用。本文通过分析社会创业的基本内涵,深入探讨了社会创业全过程的内在机理,并在典型社会企业——壹基金的案例研究基础上,进一步揭示了社会创业过程的三个基本环节：创业机会识别、机会开发与资源获取和整合,以期为创建符合中国国情的社会企业提供理论支撑和实践参考。
英文摘要：
With the benefit for society and economy,social entrepreneurship is becoming an important item and social enterprise has play key roles in resolve social problems.Through analyzing basic concept and the case of One Foundation,this study suggest that there are three steps in the process of social entrepreneurship,including opportunity reception,development and resources integration.
