目的研究乌药叶[Lindera aggregata(Sims)Kosterm]的化学成分。方法采用硅胶色谱柱层析、聚酰胺色谱柱层析、凝胶色谱柱层析等方法分离化合物,运用现代光谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果从乌药叶中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为:羟基香樟内酯(I),乌药内酯(1I),pseudoneolinderane(Ⅲ),槲皮素-3·0-α—L-鼠李糖苷(Ⅳ),山柰酚-3—0-Ot—L-呋喃阿拉伯糖苷(V),山柰酚-3—0-β-D-半乳糖苷(VI),槲皮素-3-O-β—JD-木糖苷(VII),quercetin-3-O-(2″-O-β-D—glucopyranosyl)-α—L—arabino—furanoside(Ⅷ),quercetin-3—O-(2″-O-β—glucopyranosyl)1B—D—xylopyranoside(Ⅸ),丁香苷(X),acantrifoside E(Ⅺ),2,6-dime—thoxy-4-hydroxyphenol-1-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅻ)。结论化合物III为首次从该种植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅵ~Ⅻ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the leaves of Lindera aggregata. METHODS Various column chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the chemical constituents and their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. RESULTS Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as hydroxylindestrenolide ( Ⅰ ), linderalactone ( Ⅱ ) , pseudone- olinderane ( Ⅲ ), quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside ( Ⅳ ), kaempferol -3-O-α-L-arabinofuranoside ( Ⅴ ), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-galactopyrano- side( Ⅵ ), kaempferol-3-O-fl-D-xylopyranoside ( Ⅶ ), quercetin-3-O-( 2″-O-fl-D-glucopyranosyl ) -a-L-arabinofuranoside ( Ⅷ ), querce- tin-3-O- (2″-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl) -β-D-xylopyranoside ( IX ), syringoside ( Ⅹ ), acantrifoside E ( Ⅺ ), 2,6-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenol- 1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( Ⅻ ). CONCLUSION The compounds Ⅵ - Ⅻ were isolated from Lindera genus for the first time.
