为研究采用电火花成形加工方式制造微型刀具的可能性,掌握电火花加工微型刀具的工艺规律,针对两种刀具材料进行了表面粗糙度和蚀除率的加工实验。分析了实验结果与常规情况表面粗糙度规律出现差异的原因。研究结果表明,微细电火花成形加工适用于微型刀具的制备。
In order to evaluate the possibility of manufacturing micro cutter with electric spark forming, and fully understand the rules of machining the micro cutter with EDM, the experiments studying on the surface roughness and etching efficiency with two kinds of materials is performed. The reason of difference on surface roughness between micro-EDM and conventional situation is analyzed. Based on the result of the research, it is educed that the micro-electric spark forming is adapted to manufacture micro cutter.
