应用极化曲线和电化学阻抗技术,结合扫描电子显微镜方法,测试镀锌钢在模拟锈层溶液中pH值和温度对镀锌钢电化学腐蚀行为的影响作用。结果表明,镀锌钢在强碱性的模拟锈层溶液中处于钝态,其耐蚀性能随着pH值的升高而增大。温度为0~40℃时,镀锌钢的腐蚀速率变化不大,当温度升高到60℃时,腐蚀速率急剧增大。
The effects of pH values and temperature on the electrochemical corrosion behavior of galvanized steel in simulated rust layer (SRL) solution were studied by using the polarization curves, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results indicated that galvanized steel was in the passive state in high alkaline SRL solution, the corrosion resistance of galvanized steel increased with the in- crease of pH values of SRL solution. The corrosion rate of galvanized steel was almost invariant in temperature range from 0 to 40℃. However, when the temperature raised to 60℃, the corrosion rate of galvanized steel in- creased rapidly.
