结构表层混凝土的耐久性对混凝土结构的长期性能有决定性影响。为探讨表层渗透试验对测定高性能混凝土渗透性的适用性,进行了Germanns表层渗透试验和氯离子渗透试验。试验结果表明:Germanns表层渗透试验能够反映水胶比对混凝土渗透性的影响,适用于高性能混凝土渗透性的测试;其试验结果和氯离子渗透试验结果有较好的相关性,且相关性系数可达0.950;利用其相关性,给出了用表层渗透系数划分高性能混凝土渗透性等级的标准。
The durability of structure surface concrete has decisive influence on the structural long-term property. In order to discuss the applicability of surface permeation experiment to high performance concrete permeability determining, Germanns water permeation test and chloride ion permesation test were done. The results show that Gennanns water penmation test can reflect the influence of water-binder ratio to concrete permeability and is applicable to the test of high performance concrete permeability. The test results mentioned above have preferable relativity with the results of chloride ion permeation test, and the relative coefficient is 0.950. Then, the grade division standard of high performance concrete permeability is assured thmugh surface permeation coefficient.
