Qi Lina was born in 1979. She received the B. E., M. D. degrees in the School of Telecommunications and Information Engineering, in 2001, 2004, and 2007, from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, where he is an instructor at present. His current research interests include codec in H.264 and Wyner-Ziv coding. Zhu Hongbo was born in 1956. He received the B. E. degree in the School of Telecommunications and Information Engineering in 1982 from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and Ph.D. degree in 1998 from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Since 1982 he has been with Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications where he is now a professor in the school of Telecommunications and Information Engineering. His research interests are EMC techniques for wireless communication systems.
