为了保证LLC在整个输入电压范围内都能实现零电压开通(ZVS),并且能够全范围满载输出,提出一种对整个谐振腔的优化设计方法.区别从完全谐振点出发,找出最难实现ZVS的工作点(低频满载点),从该点出发找出既能全范围满载输出,又能全范围实现ZVS的最大励磁电感,再对整个谐振腔进行优化设计.通过与传统设计方法对比表明:本优化设计方法在满足全范围满载输出性能要求的前提下,提高了整个输入电压范围内的效率;该设计方法的优势在高电压输入情况下体现得更加明显.
In order to achieve zero voltage switch(ZVS)of LLC over the entire input voltage range,and promise full load output,an optimal design method of resonator was presented.Different from the resonant point design method,this method finds the low frequency full output(LF)loaded point,which is the most difficult to achieve ZVS.On the basis of the LF loaded point,this method finds the largest magnetizing inductance to achieve ZVS of full range,and optimizes the entire resonator.Compared with the traditional design method,the optimal method improves the whole efficiency in meeting the requirements of full load output with full range input.The advantage of this method is more obvious in the case of high voltage input.
