以松脂为原料、酸改性膨润土为催化剂进行松脂催化反应及其产物特性研究。采用XRD和IR技术对原土和酸改性膨润土进行表征,探讨催化活性机理。利用GC-MS分析方法确认反应体系组成,反应产物挥发油的主成分为对伞花烃,其他成分为对孟烯、异莰烷和紫罗烯等;反应产物非挥发油主要由芳香烃、烷烃、环烯烃、酮类及酯类组成;反应历程及机理的初步探讨显示萜烯部分主要发生异构、歧化和重排等反应,树脂酸部分的反应主要包括脱羧、脱氢、碳一碳键、碳一氢键断裂和分子重排等;松脂非挥发油主要性能指标基本达到相关的石化柴油和生物柴油标准。
Catalytic reaction of oleoresin over acid-modified bentonite as catalyst and properties of the products were investigated. The characteristics of bentonite and the acid-modified bentonite were performed by XRD and FT-IR. Then the catalytic activity mechanism was investigated. The components of reaction system were identified by gas chromatography-mass (GC-MS). The main component of the volatile matter was p-cymene, while the others were consisted of p-methene, iso-camphane and ionene. And the main components of the non-volatile oil were aromatic hydrocarbon, alkanes, cycloolefins, ketones and esters. The reaction process and mechanism indicate that the isomerization, disproportionation and rearrangement of terpene were the main reactions, simultaneously, the reaction of resin acid was composed by decarboxylation, dehydrogenation, carbon-carbon/carbon-hydrogen bond cleavage and molecular rearrangement. The physicochemical properties of the non-volatile oil were approached to the standards of diesel and biodiesel.
