本文旨在揭示中国区域科技差距状况及其内在成因。通过集中度、变差系数、基尼系数等指标,文章分析了中国区域科技差距的分布特征及其变化趋势。在此基础上,系统地分析了中国区域科技差距的成因:科技差距由“国家队”区域分布和“地方军”共同决定;“地方军”主要受区域经济发展水平影响,而“国家队”区域分布取决于国家科技发展战略;“国家队”与“地方军”虽然相互独立,但也存在着一定程度的相关关系。
this paper aims to explore regional technological gap and its affected factors in China. By concentration degree, variation coefficient and Gini coefficient, the article makes analysis on the characteristics of regional technological gap. Then the authors focus on the affected factors of regional technological gap in China, and find that: ( 1 ) regional technological gap is affected by both business R&D expenditure and governmental R&D expenditure. (2) business R&D expenditure mainly depends on local economic level, (3) governmental R&D expenditure is relative to spatial strategy of national science and technology development. (4) business R&D expenditure and government R&D expenditure are independent each other, but on the other hand, they are correlative to some degree.
