数据处理方法的合理性直接关系到测热试验精度的提高。本文针对同轴热电偶的测热特点,采用轴对称传热模型,应用共轭梯度法、顺序函数法,建立了合理的同轴热电偶测热的数据处理方法。计算表明,两种方法具有较高的计算效率,能在一定程度上提高试验精度,具有较大的推广应用价值。
The reasonableness of data processing method is directly related to the improvement of measurement accuracy of heat flux testing. The model of axisymmetric heat conduction with the application of Conjugate Gradient Method, Sequential Function Method is adoped to establish a reasonable method of data processing fit for coaxial thermal couples measuring heat flux. The present work indicates these two methods with high computing efficiency can improve the measurement accuracy to some extent, meanwhile : the application should be promoted.
