Objective To optimize the extraction technology of the No.Ⅰ oral liquids for retinal detachment.Methods Optimization of extraction conditions was determined by orthogonal design.The content of paeoniflorin in the extract was taken as the index of the test.Results The best extraction condition of the No.Ⅰ oral liquids for retinal detachment was 8 times as much water,extract twice for two hours,each time at 100℃.Conclusion This extraction technology is stable and feasible.
