机场安检流程的优化分析是安全管理面临的重大问题之一.针对我国机场通常采取乘客的行李经过爆炸物探探器检测和X光扫描检测的双重安检过程,考虑不同的安检体系的不同出错率.构建了引入智能分析的二级安检系统优化模型.智能分析系统根据乘客所提供的信息将乘客分为普通乘客和潜在袭击者,前者接受一般安检,后者则须接受额外手动检查.研究表明,引入智能分析后的二级安检系统可以提高安检的准确率.从改进机场安检效率的社会福利角度出发,通过机场安检流程的优化分析为改进的二级安检系统提供了理论支持.
The optimization analysis of airport security process is one of the major problems faced by the safety management. Given that airports in China usually take the double security process that passengers go through twice X-ray scanning probe while luggage go through the explosives detector, this paper consider different error rate of different Security systems, building the secondary security system optimization model by adding the intelligent analysis. Intelligent analysis system can divide the passengers into ordinary passengers and potential attackers based on the information provided by themselves and the former accept general security checks while the latter accept manual check. Studies show that the secondary security system added the intelligent analysis can improve the accuracy of the security check. From the perspective of social welfare after improving the efficiency of airport security, by the optimization analysis of airport security processes, this article provides a theoretical support for the improvement of the secondary security system.
