文中综合运用AHP-熵权法确定了各指标的权重，改进了灰色关联模型。然后以安徽省为例，计算出2002—2012年安徽省高技术产业总体及各细分产业与生产性服务业之间的协调发展水平，结果显示生产性服务业与航空航天设备制造业、生产性服务业与计算机及办公设备制造业的协调度在0．4～0．5之间，属于失调类型，其余产业协调水平均属于勉强协调类型。最后基于测度结果，提出了有利于高技术产业与生产性服务业协调发展的对策建议。

英文摘要：

This paper comprehensively used AHP- entropy method to determine the weight of each index,and improved grey correla- tion model. Then the paper calculated the coordinated development level of high technology industry and each subdivision industry and pro- ductive service industry among 2002 - 2012 year, taking Anhui Province as an example. The results showed that the coordinated development level between the productive service industry and aerospace equipment manufacturing as well as the productive service industry and computer and office equipment manufacturing is between 0.4- 0.5, which belongs to the type of disorder, and the rest belongs to the reluctant coordi- nation type. Finally, based on the measurement results, the paper puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions to promote high tech- nology industry and productive service industry development.
