定制产品退货策略与模块化水平的联合优化

在产品定制环境下,实施产品模块化及慷慨的退货策略可以促进销量而提高收入,但同时也提高了产品设计成本及退货损失。文中考虑价格对退货的影响,建立了基于产品模块化水平和退货策略的产品需求函数和退货数量函数,继而引入模块化设计成本和退货损失,建立了制造商利润模型,优化可以得到产品模块化水平与退货策略的联合最优解。通过对需求的退货策略和模块化水平灵敏度参数、模块化设计成本、产品价格相关退货率及价格等参数进行分析,总结得出5个关于制造商运作的指导结论。在仿真分析中,数据研究的结果表明,提高产品的模块化水平就预示着更加慷慨的退货策略,而对于涉及的诸多参数,运用敏感性分析找出了关键参数。

英文摘要:

Under the customization environment, executing the modularization and a generous return policy not only would increase revenue, but also the cost of design and the loss of increased return. In this paper, the price impact on the return likelihood, is considered and the functions for product demand and return quantity are developed based on the level of modularity and the return policy. Also, the cost of design and the loss of return are counted, and a profit maximization model was founded to jointly obtain the optimal return policy and modularity level. About five managerial guidelines for manufactures were deduced by the following analysis in parameters, such as the demand's sensitivity to the return policy and the modularity level, the cost of design, the return rate due to the price and the price itself, etc. Using numerical research, the emulation analysis revealed the relationship between the optimal modularity level and the return policy, which indicated that "the higher the modularity level of the product, the more the generous return policy'. Moreover, so as to deal with the numerous parameters, a couple of significant ones have been found out through the sensitivity analysis.
