In order to adapt to the dynamic environment of globalization, rapidly changed technology, shortage of talent, and super competition, enterprises must focus on talent management. There is an evolution process a- bout talent notion of our country and foreign countries, but the conception of talent is hard to define precisely. Understanding the conception of talent should begin with the two aspects in which talent is individual and talent is a group of resources. Practitioners and theorists pay close attention to the development of enterprises talent management. Four streams of views of talent management are observed by investigator. This paper puts forward the direction of the future development of enterprises talent management which has the valuable reference.
