企业间基于电子商务平台的合作发展迅速,在线合作能力的建立成为企业关注的焦点。当前研究主要关注信息技术资源对于能力的影响,忽视了合作需求和组织间合作治理的重要作用。本文基于电子商务流程观和交易成本经济学,从技术和管理整合视角,构建在线合作能力形成模型,研究合作需求一合作资源一合作能力的因果关联关系,并分析正式化合作治理在此过程中的复杂作用。采用实证研究方法,依据202份企业调查数据,运用结构方程验证了模型的相关假设,证明合作能力的建立是以合作需求为驱动,合作资源为中介的作用过程;并发现正式化合作治理对合作能力的直接正向影响,以及它对合作资源影响合作能力过程的正向调节作用。本研究揭示了合作需求与组织间管理因素在在线合作能力建立过程中的作用机制,对于认知企业电子商务合作活动的规律具有重要的理论和实践意义。
As cooperation based on e-business platform develops rapidly, the building of online collaboration capabilities becomes the fo-cus of attention of enterprises. However, traditional "resource-capability-value" research paradigm in IS field mainly focus on the impacts of IT resources on IT capabilities and neglects the important roles of online collaboration needs and inter-organizational governance. Based on the view of e-business process and transaction cost economics, we proposes the formation model of online collaborative capability, ex-plores the building process of online collaborative capability and analyzes the complex roles of formal governance in this process. Based on 202 survey data, our research hypotheses are validated by using structural equation. We find the driven role of online collaboration needs and the mediating role of online collaborative resources in the building process of online collaborative capability, and formal gov-ernance not only positively affects the online collaborative capability, but also positively moderates the impacts of online collaborative re- sources on the online collaborative capability. Our research reveals the important roles of online collaboration needs and formal govern- ance in the building process of online collaborative capability, having important theoretical and practical implications for cognizing the regular pattern of e-business cooperation activities between enterprises.
