课程资源是保证课程实施的基本条件。开发公共教育学课程资源无论在提升教学质量方面,还是在促进教师专业发展方面,都有着重要的实践价值。由于诸多条件的限制,地方师范院校的公共教育学课程资源开发遭遇到学校重视不够、教师缺乏主动开发课程资源的意识、学生普遍存在无思倾向等困境,要超越上述困境,需要学校重视公共教育学课程资源的开发与建设,教师树立正确的课程资源观,增强课程资源意识,同时还要挖掘学生资源、激发学生的能动性,并注重课程资源的动态生成。
Curriculum resources are the basic conditions to guarantee curriculum implementation. Public pedagogy curriculum resources development plays important roles both in improving the quality of teaching and in teachers'professional development. Due to many limitations, curriculum resources development of public pedagogy in local normal universities experiences some difficulties: insufficient recognition from the school, teachers' lack of initiative consciousness on developing curriculum resources, students'lack of thoughts, etc. To overcome the difficulties above, local normal universities should attach more importance to the curriculum resources development and the construction of public pedagogy, teachers should form the correct curriculum outlook and strengthen the consciousness of curriculum resources as well as excavate students' potential, paying attention to the dynamic generation of curriculum resources.
