本文针对应急管理特色专业遥感课程教学存在的问题现状，以防灾科技学院公共事业管理专业为例，从教学体系、教学方法及实践教学三个方面提出适合于本类特色院校、专业的新型教学方式，以期获取较好的教学效果，提升学生的问题解决能力，进而服务于防灾特色类公共事业管理专业应用型人才的培养。

Aiming at the existing emergency management features of remote sensing course teaching situation, the public administration of Institute of Disaster Prevention as an example, from the teaching system, teaching methods and teaching practice of the three aspects for the colleges and universities of professional class, new teaching methods, in order to obtain better teaching effect and improve students＇ ability to solve problems, to cultivate and serve for disaster prevention specialty public management applied talents.
