如何有效提升团队创造力,继而实现组织创新,正日益成为管理者和研究者共同关注的热点。基于团队认知的视角,从团队协调机制出发,实证考察了内隐协调对团队创造力的影响过程以及任务惯例化和任务互依性对这一过程的调节效应。以25家企业的95个跨职能团队为样本的实证研究结果表明,内隐协调对团队创造力有显著的正向影响,并且当任务惯例化程度越低或者任务互依性程度越高时,这种正向影响的效果越强。
How to effectively improve team creativity and subsequently realize organizational innovation is gaining attentions from both managers and scholars. Based on the perspective of team cognition and starting with team coordination mechanisms, this research empirically examines the process of implicit coordination influencing team creativity and tests the moderating effects of task routineness and task interdependence respectively on this process By using the sample of 95 cross-functional teams from 25 firms, the empirical findings show that implicit coordination is significantly related to team creativity, and the lower the degree of task routineness or the higher the degree of task interdependence is, the stronger the positive impact of implicit coordination on team creativity will be. This research expands our current understanding on the main influencing factors and boundary conditions of team creativity, and offers practicable suggestions to managers in terms of fostering team creativity.
