针对大坝安全监测工程监测项目完备性、监测仪器可靠性、监测系统稳定性以及质量评定等方面尚无标准可依,结合监测工程实际,参考现行水利水电工程验收规程,探讨、研究了安全监测项目完备性、监测仪器可靠性、监测系统稳定性和监测资料有效性评价方法,提出了监测工程质量评定的技术指标,对保证大坝安全监测系统长期可靠运行具有重要意义。
英文摘要：
There is no standard can be followed for system completeness,instrument reliability,system stability,and quality evaluation of dam safety monitoring project.Therefore,based on the practical monitoring engineering,current acceptance regulations of water conservancy and hydropower projects are referred to.The technology indexes of monitoring project quality evaluation are also proposed.They have the important significance of ensuring the long-term reliable operation of dam safety monitoring system.
