采用机械活化-高温固相法制备了锂离子电池正极材料LiCo1/3Mn1/3Ni1/3O2,研究了烧结时间与球磨时间对合成产物结构与性能的影响。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和电化学性能测试对所得样品的结构、形貌及电化学性能进行了表征。研究结果表明,优化实验条件下制得的材料具有良好的循环性能,在2.7~4.6V电压范围内,充放电电流值为20mA/g时,初始放电比容量为210.76mAh/g,30次循环后容量保持率为91.98%。
The LiCo1/3 Mn1/3 Ni1/3O2 cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries were synthesized by mechanical activation-high temperature solid-state method. The effect of reaction conditions (calcination time and ball milling time) on the structure of the products was investigated. The products were analyzed by X-ray diffraction spectroscopy (XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and electrochemical tests. The LiCol/s Mnl/s Nil/3 O2 cathode materials prepared under optimized condition have good cyclic performance. The initial discharge capacity is 210. 76mAh/g at a current density of 20mA/g between 2. 7-4. 6V and the discharge capacity retention is 91.98% after 30 cycles.
