在从木质纤维中去除木质素和纤维素糖化的过程中常用无机酸作为催化剂,但无机酸通常会造成设备腐蚀及环境污染。多金属氧酸盐(Polyoxometalates,POMs)是组成与结构确定、强氧化还原性的固体强酸,可通过改变组成元素对酸强度及氧化还原性进行调控,制备多活性点位POMs催化剂。通过室温氧化、酸处理木质纤维,完成木质素的分离和生物利用,实现纤维素和半纤维素向葡萄糖和5-羟甲基糠醛等平台化合物的转化,为生物质绿色、高效转化提供崭新思路与方法。
Inorganic acids as catalysts were used to remove lignin from wood fiber and promote saccharification of cellulose.However,the defects were demonstrated as corrosion of equipment and environmental pollution.Polyoxometalates(POMs) were characterized by strong acid with the determined composition and structure,which could be synthesized by introducing different substituent metal ions.Catalysts based on POMs could be introduced to the separation and biological utilization of lignin and the conversion from cellulose and hemicellulose to glucose and 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(5-HMF).which provided a new method for the green and high-efficiency conversion of biomass resource.
