英文摘要：

PTEN signaling pathway had become an important molecular target in researches of anti-tumor with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）, which participated in the process of cytobiology for regulating the occurrence and development of tumor. This paper summarized the research progresses in anti-tumor effect of TCM based on PTEN signaling pathway from the following three aspects： the signaling pathways related with tumor and regulated by PTEN, the correlation between PTEN and tumors, and anti-tumor TCM through regulating the PTEN signaling pathway, in order to provide basis for the further study of molecular mechanism of anti-tumor TCM.
