在介绍了电磁轨道发射装置发射过程模拟方法的基础上,将电枢位移x(t)、电枢速度v(t)等变量视为独立函数,给出了发射过程中回路电流i(t)的解析表达式。基于回路电流i(t)、电枢位移x(t)、电枢速度v(t)和电枢加速度a(t)的基本方程,提出了电磁轨道发射过程中电枢运动特性参量的一种简捷算法,给出了该算法的流程图,并指出了时间步长和收敛准则的确定方法。该算法可以移植到任何具备二次开发平台的有限元软件之中。通过电磁轨道发射装置的计算实例,表明了该算法的有效性和可靠性。
The simulation methods of the railgun’s launch process are introduced.The analytical solution to loop current i(t) during railgun’s launch process is obtained on the assumption that the armature’s displacement x(t) and its velocity v(t) are viewed as independent functions.Based on the fundamental equations of loop current i(t),the armature’s displacement x(t),velocity v(t) and acceleration a(t),a simple algorithm for the armature’s motion parameters during its launch process is put forward and the algorithm’s flow chart is presented.The selection techniques of the time steps and the convergence criteria are discussed.The algorithm can be transplanted into any finite element method software with a second-development platform.Its effectiveness and reliability is verified by sample problems.
