采用连续光纤激光器在不同焊接速度下(分别是0.9、1.2、1.5m/min)对1mm厚的304不锈钢薄板进行直角拼焊,研究了焊接速度对焊缝形貌的影响。结果表明,焊接速度影响焊缝的表面形貌和平整度。当焊接速度为0.9m/min时,焊缝形貌较为稳定,也更平坦,高低起伏最小,表面未见明显的夹杂物;随着焊接速度增大,焊缝表面起伏变大,可见较多尺寸较大的块状夹杂物。同时,光束沿与水平钢板呈45°角方向照射的焊接方式,能得到较圆滑、有较好弧度的焊缝。通过工艺试验,为激光焊接在不锈钢薄板外观件实际焊接应用提供工艺方法实验指导。
Fillet welding experiments of 304 stainless steel sheets with 1 mm thickness by using continuous fiber laser at different welding speeds (0.9 , 1.2, 1.5 m/min) were carried out. Effect of welding speed on weld appearance was investigated. The results show that welding speed has an effect on the surface morphology and flatness of weld. Weld appearance is stable and flat and there is no obvious inclusion in the weld when the welding speed is 0.9 m/min. With the increase of welding speed, the weld surface becomes rugged and some large size lump inclusions are observed. Smooth weld with good arc is obtained when laser beam is irradiated along horizontal steel plate of 45° angle direction. It provide experimental guidance for the practical application of laser welding stainless steel sheet appearance parts by the process test in this paper.
