以复合塑化剂改性聚乙烯醇(PVA),采用熔融加工成型方法制备了PVA/纳米纤维素(NCC)纳米复合材料,通过动态激光光散射、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重分析仪(TGA)和电子万能试验机研究了NCC在PVA基体中的分散性以及对其力学性能、热稳定性的影响。结果表明:NCC在PVA基体中有较好的分散性,但当NCC含量达到6%时,在基体中出现部分团聚现象;添加NCC可提高PVA材料的热稳定性、抗拉强度,降低PVA的韧性。
The poly( vinyl alcohol)( PVA) / Nanocrystalline cellulose( NCC) nano- composites were prepared by melt method using compound plasticizer,the mechanical properties of PVA / NCC were measured by electronic universal testing machine. The thermal properties were measured by thermo gravimetric analyzer( TGA). The dispersion properties were measured by through dynamic laser light scattering and scanning electron microscopy( SEM). The results showed that the NCC had a good dispersion in the PVA matrix,But it showed some agglomeration when the filler loading reached to5%. The thermal stability of PVA materials were increased by adding a small amount of NCC. The mechanical testing showed that tensile strength was increased and the toughness of PVA was reduced with the increase of NCC content.
