为提高电厂除尘效率,本文以电厂燃煤飞灰为对象,实验研究了不同化学团聚剂、团聚温度、团聚剂质量浓度和阴离子表面活性剂等对电厂飞灰细颗粒团聚效果的影响,以及飞灰不同化学成分和团聚温度对飞灰比电阻的影响。结果表明:在多种团聚剂中,团聚剂多糖类硫酸酯钙盐的团聚效果最显著;提高团聚剂质量浓度有利于促进团聚作用;在一定的团聚温度范围内,温度越高,团聚效果越好;阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠对团聚有抑制作用;飞灰中Si和Al元素质量分数与飞灰比电阻呈显著正相关性,Ca和S元素质量分数与飞灰比电阻呈负相关性;飞灰比电阻在一定温度范围内随着温度升高而增大,适当降低温度,将有利于飞灰比电阻的降低。
Taking fly ash from coal combustion as the object,the influence of chemical agglomeration agent,temperature and agent mass fraction and anionic surfactant on fly ash particles agglomeration were analyzed.Moreover,the effects of chemical composition and temperature on fly ash resistivity were also investigated.The results show that,in several kinds of agglomerant the carrageenan(KC)had the most remarkable effect on fly ash fine particles agglomeration.The particle agglomeration effect got better as the agglomerant concentration was increased.In a certain temperature range,the agglomeration effect got better with the temperature.The anionic surfactants such as sodium dodecyl benzenesulfonate(SDBS)and sodium dodecyl sulfonate(SDS)had a negative effect on the agglomeration.The content of silicon and aluminum had a remarkable positive correlation with the fly ash resistivity,while that of calcium and sulfur had a negative correlation with it.In a certain temperature range,the fly ash resistivity increased with the temperature.The resistivity can be reduced by decreasing the temperature.Therefore,the chemical agglomeration technology can enhance the efficiency of dust removal equipment.
