Combined with the pilot program of modem apprenticeship jointly run by the enterprise and shazhou Institute of Technology, this article establishes and implements the demarcation rules for the responsibilities, rights and benefits of schools, enterprises and students as well as revises the talents cultivation schemes, which has achieved remarkable effects and will serve as a reference for the implementation of modem apprenticeship in vocational colleges.
