在创新能力成为企业核心能力的背景下,将创新要素作为终极制造能力要素的沙堆模型不再符合现代企业的运营现状,本文将制造能力沙堆模型中创新要素的位置进行了调整,并采用IMSS2009数据库对调整后的沙堆模型进行了实证分析.实证结果表明,制造能力要素间的累积效应普遍存在,创新要素可以为其他要素的提升提供支持,制造能力提升的最佳次序是:"质量→交付→创新→柔性→成本".此外,从学习的视角来解释制造能力要素间的累积效应,并讨论了不同战略选择下的企业制造能力提升路径.本研究对传统的沙堆模型进行了拓展,拓展后的沙堆模型更能发挥创新要素与其他制造能力要素之间的协同作用,更符合现代企业的运营,对制造企业管理者具有重要的借鉴意义.
Innovation has become the core eompetence of manufacturers, so the traditional manufacturing capability model regard innovation as an ultimate manufacturing capability deviates the situation of modern enterprises. It repositioned innovation element in the manufacturing capability Sandcone model, based on the IMSS 2009 database, and conducted an empirical study on the innovation element repositioned Sandcone model. Results show that the cumulative effect is common among manufacturing capability elements, and innovation element could support the improvement of other manufacturing capability elements. The best sequence of improving manufaeturing capability should be : Manutacturers should firstly focus on quality and delivery, then on innovation and flexibility, and lastly on cost. In addition, it explained the cumulative effect from the learning perspective, and also discussed different improving path based on the strategy, choice. It extended the traditional manufacturing capability Sandcone model, and provided reference for manufacturing practitioners aiming at improving manufacturing eapability.
