将人工构建的高效菌群应用到天业番茄制品有限公司的废水处理系统,研究了其降解的效果和基质降解动力学。结果表明:加入的菌群能有效处理番茄加工废水,在48d的处理期中,入水COD平均为1059.76mg/L,COD去除率平均为85.73%,出水COD平均为141.69mg/L,出水COD符合GB8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》二级排放标准。底物去除动力学方程为S0-Se/HRT·X=6.11×Se/248.69+Se和1/X.ΔX/Δt=0.43×S0-Se/HRT·X-0.049;Ks=248.69mg COD/L,υmax=6.11d-1,K=0.0246L/d·mg COD,y=0.43mg MLSS/mg COD,Kd=0.049 d-1。高效降解菌群能够保证处理出水达到排放标准,同时动力学参数的确定和动力学方程的建立可以有效为番茄酱加工废水处理的优化设计和运行控制成本提供理论依据。
The aerobic degrading strains were constructed and applied to the tomato paste wastewater treatment system of Shihezi Tianye Tomato Products Co,Ltd,and the degrading effect and biodegradation kinetics were studied.The results show that the tomato paste wastewater could be effectively treated after adding the aerobic degrading strains.In 48 treating days,the average influent and effluent COD are 1059.76 mg/L and 41.69 mg/L respectively,and the corresponding average removal rate reaches 85.73%,meeting the second class requirements specified by Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.The kinetic parameters are Ks=248.69 mg COD/L,υmax=6.11d-1,K=0.0246 L/d·mg COD and equations are S0-Se/HRT·X=6.11×Se/248.69+Se and 1/X·ΔX/Δt=0.43×S0-Se/HRT·X-0.049.The aerobic degrading strains can guarantee the effluent to meet the requirements of discharging standard,and the establishment of kinetic parameters and the equations provides theoretical basis for optimal designs and cost control.
