Entrepreneurs are initiators, organizers, users and spreader of innovations. Independent innovations are actually an independent metabolic process. Therefore, the premise for independent innovations should be spiritual ＂independency＂ of the entrepreneurs themselves. Independency means that the entrepreneurs decide their own ways, take responsibilities for their own behaviors, and have their own power. Such ＂independency＂ shall consist of good judgment on the value of innovations, self-motivation, responsiveness, decisiveness, courageousness and durability. It requires the independent personality, ability to make the right choice, rational way of thinking, strong wills of entrepreneursneurs.
