Developing corporate bond market becomes an important part to deepen the capital market construction. As commercial banks are the principal part of China＇s monetary system, their stabilization is the precondition of establishing a multilayer capital market system. With analysis of the influence of developing corporate bond market on the operation of commercial banks in China, we find out that this influence is mainly positive, it can entirely improve the work efficiency of commercial banks, and accelerate the establishment of modem enterprise system.
