一氧化氮(NO)作为信号分子,广泛参与植物的生长、发育和抗逆等生理过程。在植物体内,NO主要通过酶促反应和非酶促反应生成,植物体内NO具有双重作用,低浓度的NO能够促进植物的生长与发育,提高植物的抗逆性;而高浓度的NO则对植物具有毒害作用。因此适当浓度的外源NO可通过多种途径减缓逆境条件下植物受到的氧化伤害。主要对植物体内NO的来源、NO在植物体内的信号转导途径及NO在非生物胁迫中的作用等方面的研究进展进行概述。
NO as a key messenger, widely involves in plant growth, development, and defense response process. There are two primary sources of NO in plant, namely enzymatic reaction and non-enzymatic reaction. NO in plant plays double functions. Low con- centrations of NO can promote the growth and development of the plant as well as improve the plant resistance. High concentrations of NO will cause a poison injury in the plant. Thus, appropriate concentrations of exogenous NO can alleviate the oxidative damage in plant through a variety of ways. In this paper, the sources of NO in plant, NO in signal transduction pathways of plant, and the role of NO in abiotic stress were reviewed.
