超声波定位系统越来越多地应用于各个领域,尤其是一些人力很难到达或控制的场合,如机器人定位、倒车定位或机床零件的定位。针对常规的超声波定位方法存在定位精度差和定位范围有限的问题,提出了一种新型双超声波模块定位方法,该方法采用AT89S52作为整个系统的控制芯片,通过改进常规超声波定位过程和优化定位算法,找到第三条路径验证左右超声波模块所测得的两条路径形成了三角形,从而实现精准定位。
Ultrasonic wave positioning system has been used in various areas, especially some situation out of human' s reach or control, such as robot positioning, reverse positioning, positioning of machine tool parts. In order to solve problem of conventional ultrasonic wave positioning method has poor precision and limited range, a new positioning method based on double urtrasonic wave module is proposed. The method uses AT89S52 as control chip of whole system, and through improving conventional ultrasonic wave positioning process, and optimizing positioning algorithm, the third path is found to verify that two paths measured by around ultrasonic wave module forms a triangle and to achieve accurate positioning.
