分析了太阳翼展开机构可靠性方面的若干问题。首先,建立了太阳翼展开机构在随机载荷和极端载荷条件下的系统可靠性模型,以及太阳翼可靠性随时间变化的模型。其次,对太阳翼可靠性分配方法进行了讨论,并针对太阳翼的结构特点,采用综合评分分配方法与等分配方法相结合的方法,对太阳翼展开机构各单元的可靠度进行分配。其有关方法可供卫星太阳翼展开机构的可靠性设计、可靠性分配参考。
The reliability of the unfolding unit of satellite solar array was analyzed.The system reliability models of the unfolding unit of satellite solar array were built under the conditions of random loads and extreme loads,respectively.A dynamic model was also built to describe the relationship between reliability and time.Then,the methods of reliability allocation for the unfolding unit of the solar array were studied.And the reliability of every component of the unfolding unit of the solar array was allocated with the methods of the integrated evaluation allocation and the equal allocation according to the structural characteristic of the solar array.These methods can provide a helpful reference for the reliability design and allocation of the unfolding unit of satellite solar array.
