目的 分离、筛选抗白色念珠菌放线菌菌株,为开发微生物来源的抗白色念珠菌感染药物提供菌株资源.方法 采集赤水丹霞山区土壤样品,利用不同的放线菌选择培养基分离、纯化单菌落.提取分离菌株基因组DNA,以细菌16S rRNA通用引物PCR扩增16S rRNA基因,产物测序并比对分析以确定分离菌株的分类地位.小量发酵产物进行抗白色念珠菌活性测试.结果 筛选得到7株具有抗白色念珠菌活性的放线菌,其中6株为链霉菌,1株为地中海拟无枝酸菌.结论 从赤水丹霞山区分离得到多株具有抗白色念珠菌活性的放线菌,可为开发微生物来源的抗白色链珠菌药物提供菌株来源.
Objective To isolate and screen actinomycetes strains with anti - Candida albicans, to provide strain resources for developing anti - Candida albicans drugs from microorganism. Methods Soil of Chi - shui Dan - xia was collected following by separating and pursing single colony using different isolation medium. Genomie DNA was extracted and 16S rRNA gene was amplified by PCR using universal primers 27F/1492R. PCR products were sequenced and compared online in NCBI to determine the taxonomic status. Finally, Anti - Candida activity test of fermentation products were performed. Results 7 Actinomycetes strains, including 6 streptomyces and 1 amycolatopsis, with anti - Candida albieans activity were identified. Conclusion Streptomyces strains derived from Chi - shui Dan - xia have stronger anti - Candida albieans activity, providing material resource for develo- ping anti -Candida albicans agents from microorganism.
