循环流化床锅炉在实际运行过程中需要严格控制氧气浓度等参数,这些参数直接对脱硫反应产生影响.使用热重分析仪研究了不同还原性气氛对脱硫反应的影响,通过改变气体成分,来模拟循环流化床锅炉炉内还原性气体氛围.结果表明,还原性气氛浓度对脱硫反应的钙利用率有较大影响.氧气浓度的降低会使脱硫反应钙利用率逐渐降低,氧气的消失会使脱硫反应钙利用率发生近20%,的降低.随着还原性气氛浓度增加,脱硫反应钙利用率继续降低.
Circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boiler requires a strict control of oxygen concentration and other parameters during the process of actual operation,because these parameters directly affect the desulfurization process.TGA was used to study the effect of different concentration of reducing atmosphere on the desulfurization process,by changing the gas composition,the reducing atmosphere in the CFB boiler was simulated.The results show that the concentration of reducing gas has a great effect on the ratio of calcium conversion of the desulfurization process.By reducing the oxygen concentration the ratio of calcium conversion of the desulfurization process decreases gradually,and the absence of oxygen reduces the ratio of calcium conversion by nearly 20%,.As the concentration of reducing atmosphere increases,the ratio of calcium conversion continues to decrease.
