为研究小麦苗期不同镉胁迫对麦长管蚜[Sitobion avenae(Fabricius)]取食行为的影响,应用EPG技术对麦长管蚜在4种质量分数镉胁迫下的取食行为进行检测。结果显示,蚜虫在镉胁迫小麦上取食的过程中,np波次数增加,取食行为发生时间推迟,口针在细胞间穿刺的频率明显增高,首次出现E1波历期显著延长,以上情况在低质量分数下表现更为显著。麦长管蚜在镉胁迫的小麦上取食适合度下降,低质量分数镉胁迫对蚜虫的影响比高质量分数更大,蚜虫取食适合度降低的原因可能是Cd2+对小麦叶片组织结构和体内营养物质有所影响。
The aim was to study the effect of Cd stress on feeding behavior of the aphid Sitobion avenae(Fabricius).Aphid feeding behaviors had been ascertained using EPG technique.The number of np waveform and pd waveform significantly increased on the Cd stressed wheat,the initial time of pd waveform and E1 waveform dropped back,especially in low concentration.Our result suggested that Cd stress might change the growth,nutritional contents and secondary chemicals of plants and result in the change of feeding behavior of aphids.It indicated that the fitness of S.avenae(Fabricius)feeding the wheat treated with Cd stress declined,especially in low concentration.
