接合物蛋白Crk和CrkL在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达及意义

目的探讨接合物蛋白Crk和CrkL在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法,观察Crk和CrkL蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌不同临床病理指标内的表达,并与卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤及正常卵巢组织进行比较。结果上皮性卵巢癌中Crk和CrkL蛋白的表达与卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤及正常卵巢组织比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。不同分化程度、临床分期的上皮性卵巢癌Crk蛋白的表达间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。不同分化程度、临床分期的上皮性卵巢癌CrkL蛋白的表达情况间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。不同组织病理类型的上皮性卵巢癌Crk和CrkL蛋白的表达间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论Crk和CrkL蛋白可能在上皮性卵巢癌的发生、发展中发挥某种作用,与CrkL蛋白相比,Crk蛋白的过度表达可能更直接影响着卵巢癌浸润、转移等恶性生物学行为。

英文摘要:

Objective To investigate the expression of adaptor protein Crk and CrkL in epithelial ovarian carcinoma and the significance.Methods The method of immunohistochemical streptavidin-perosidase was take to investigate the Crk and CrkL expressions in the epithelial ovarian carcinomas,and compare them with those in benign epithelial ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissues.Results There was a significant difference in Crk and CrkL expressions between the epithelial ovarian carcinomas and benign epithelial ovarian tumors or normal ovarian tissues (P〈0.05).There were significant differences in Crk expression among groups with different grades of differentiation or different clinical stages (P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in CrkL expression among groups with different grades of differentiation or different clinical stages (P〉0.05).There was no significant difference in Crk and CrkL expressions among groups with different histopathologic types (P〉0.05).Conclusion Crk and CrkL are implicated in the occurrence and development of epithelial ovarian carcinoma.In contrast with CrkL,the adaptor protein Crk may be involved directly in malignant behaviors such as infiltration and metastasis.
