通过田间试验,研究了氯氰菊酯在大棚西芹中的残留动态。结果表明,氯氰菊酯能够渗透到西芹体内,渗透剂量占总药量的8%-15%;氯氰菊酯在大棚西芹上的消解遵循指数型降解规律,半衰期为6.93d,残留量与氯氰菊酯施药量、施药次数有关,氯氰菊酯在西芹中的残留量随着施药量增多而略有增高,氯氰菊酯施药次数对残留量影响最大,施药次数越多残留量也越高。最终残留量的测定结果表明,以推荐剂量施用,施药次数为3次,安全间隔期为8d,西芹中氯氰菊酯的残留量小于1mg·kg^-1。
In order to put forward the standards for safe use of cypermethrin on celery cultivated in the greenhouse, 3 field experiments were conducted to investigate the fate of cypermethrin in celery. Field experiment Ⅰ was to investigate the Cypermethrin degradation following thel application at dose level. Field experiment Ⅱ was to investigate the effects of application rates and application times on the Cypermethrin residues in celery. Field experiment Ⅲ was to investigate the plant absorption of Cypermethrin. The Cypermethrin residues in celery were analysis by using SPE-GC method. The results of experiment Ⅰ showed that cypermethrin dissipated slowly in celery cultivated in the green- house, and its half-life in celery was 6.93 d. The results of experiment Ⅱ indicted the it was recommended that cypermethrin should be applied in celery 3 times and at 70 mL·hm^-2 dose level. And the safe interval is 8 days before harvesting. Under these conditions, the final residues were 0.691 mg·kg^-1 in celery. The results of experiment Ⅲ showed that Cypermethrin could penetrate into celery, the penetrative quantity over the whole quantity was 8 %-15 % during 1-7 d.
