在Bogoliubov-deGennes(tMG)方程的基础上,研究了考虑自旋与轨道耦合效应下S波超导体/绝缘层/声波超导体结的直流Josephson效应.研究表明:夕波超导体结的直流Josephson电流与温度、结的相位差的关系强烈地依赖于P波超导体的配对势形式,结界面的自旋与轨道耦合散射对s/I/p波的结直流Josephson电流有抑制作用也有增强作用.
Using Bogoliubov-de Gennes (BdG) equations,we study the dc Josephson effect by taking into account the spin-orbit coupling on tunneling effect in s/I/p junction. It is found that the phase and the temperature dependence of the de Josephson current in the p-wave superconductor junction strongly depends on kinds of pairings. The spin-orbit coupling on tunneling scattering not only suppresses but also enhances the dc currents in s/I/p junction.
