为研究燃烧室形状对柴油-甲醇双燃料发动机混合气的形成,温度分布和碳烟排放的影响,应用KIVA-3V程序对不同几何形状的燃烧室内的燃烧和碳烟排放进行三维数值模拟。计算结果表明:燃烧室的形状对柴油-甲醇双燃料发动机的燃烧过程有着重要影响,缩口燃烧室能够产生较大的旋涡,这有利于混合气的形成,可以进一步加速扩散燃烧,产生较低的碳烟排放。直口燃烧室基本不能够产生旋涡,碳烟排放较高。
In order to investigate the mixture forming,temperature distribution and soot emission,finding the rule of diesel-methanol dual fuel engine effected by the shape of combustion chamber,combustion and soot emission of fuel in different geometrical combustion chambers was calculated using KIVA-3V.The results showed that the shape of chamber played an important role for combustion process and soot emission.The contracted cave(chamber B and chamber C) has much strong vortex,which was favor to formation of the mixture and the diffuse combustion could be enhanced,which lead to less soot emission.However,the soot emission is relatively higher than others for chamber A.
