This paper introduces the rigidity of the proper holomorphic self-maps between the hartogs triangles structured by the minimal ball. The properties of proper holomorphic self-maps＇ that they maps the boundary to the boundary are used in combination with automorphic maps of minimal ball to find the explicit expression of the proper holomorphic self-maps of the hartogs triangle. It is proved that the proper holomorphic self-maps between the hartogs triangles are automorphic maps between the hartogs triangles.
