A telecommunication wavelength bright amplitude quadrature squeezed light for continuous variable at 1.5 μm was demonstrated from a semi-monolithic degenerate optical parametric amplifier(DOPA)based on a periodically poled KTP crystal.The DOPA was operated in optical parametric deamplified state below the threshold power of 220 mW.A 3.0dB bright amplitude quadrature squeezed light with the 1.5μm output power of 80μW was measured with the pump light at 780 nm of 110 mW and the injected signal at 1.5μm of 115 mW.
