采用亚结构拼接的方法,将氯虫苯甲酰胺的苯胺部分与拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂的菊酸部分拼接,设计并合成了15个新型的菊酰胺类化合物(5a ~9c),其结构经1H NMR,IR和HR-ESI-MS表征.初步生物活性测试结果表明,在用药量为500 mg·L-1时,5a~9c在48 h内对小菜蛾有一定的杀虫活性,对蚜虫的抑制活性为90% ~96%;在用药量为200 mg·L-1时,5a ~9c对水稻立枯病菌立枯丝核菌、番茄晚疫病菌和小麦赤霉病菌具有一定的杀菌活性;5a ~9c没有明显的除草活性.
Fifteen novel chrysanthemum amide derivatives (5a ~ 9c) were designed and synthesized by coupling method of active fragments from the aniline portion of chlorantraniliprole and the chrysanthemic acids of pyrethroids.The structures were characterized by 1H NMR,IR and HR-ESI-MS.The preliminary bioassay showed that 5a ~ 9c exhibited certain insecticidal activities against Plutella xylostella,Linnaeus and showed 90% ~ 96% inhibitory activities against Myzus persicae Sulzer in 48 h at 500 mg · L-1.5a ~ 9c exhibited certain fungicidal activities aganist three tested pathogens(Rhizoctonia solani,Phytophthora infstans and Gibberella zeae) at 200 mg · L-1.5a ~ 9c exhibited proved low herbicidal activities.
